Get fresh workplace wellness ideas for yourself and your organization, such as Fitbit® for Life, a healthy eating class and exercise initiative launched by Houston Methodist Hospital that provides options for nurses who want to get and stay healthy.

With rising health care costs, preventive care is essential for enterprises to operate in a cost-effective manner and decrease the rise in cost-sharing to employees.
