What is my username and password for my account?
If you are an ANA member, please use your ANA username and password to login and access your courses. If you are not an ANA member, you can create a non-member account that you can utilized to access your courses.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on the 'Log in or Create New Account' link at the top of the page, and click on the ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ link to reset your password.
Creating an Account
Do I need an Account to take ANA courses?
Yes, you must have a username and password to login to the system before purchasing and taking courses. This ensures that your CE contact hours are tracked, transcripts are available in the future, and you get your appropriate member discounts.
Do I need to be an ANA member to take ANA courses?
No, anyone can take NKC courses. If you are a member, you can use your ANA login to access this site. If you are not a member, or have never used ANA services, you will need to create a customer account with ANA.
If I am not an ANA member, how do I create a Customer Account?
Click on the 'Log in or Create New Account' link at the top of the page, and then complete the form under 'Let me create an Account.'
I have forgotten my ANA member or customer account login information. What do I do?
Click on the 'Log in or Create New Account' link at the top of the page, click on the 'Forgotten your Password' link to reset your password.
What browsers can I use to access my courses?
A variety of web browsers will work for accessing your courses. However, the recommended browsers are the newest version of Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer version 11 for Windows users, and the newest version of Mozilla Firefox for Mac OS X users.
Should I turn off pop-up blockers?
ANA courses may contain items that rely on Pop-up windows (a new window that appears in addition to the one you are viewing) when displaying certain items or features.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individuals who enroll in an online educational offering and who open and complete pre-tests, module content, or post-tests will not be eligible for refunds. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis when a detailed request is emailed to ANAemail@example.com.
Cancellation requests received 14 or more days before the live event will receive a 100% registration fee refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received within 13 days of the event.
In the unlikely occurrence that NKC cancels an event, NKC limits its liability to each registrant to the amount paid by the registrant.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to ANAfirstname.lastname@example.org.
ANA member discounts are available for many courses. You must login to the course catalog to view the member discount.
Group discounts are available for groups of ten on most products. Please contact email@example.com.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code in the discount code box on the purchase page to receive your discount.
How do I access the course I purchased?
Select your course in the My Courses window. This will take you to your learner homepage for that course.
I ordered, so why can't I see my courses?
If you have chosen to pay by invoice - this takes some time to process. You will only gain access once payment has been received.
How do I navigate my course?
Course navigation instructions are located in the Course Instructions of your learner homepage.
Certificates / Transcripts
How do I access my certificate or transcript?
Click on the My Certificates or My Transcript link on your homepage.
How do I print my certificate?
Click on the My Certificates link on you homepage to find and print your certificate.
I missed the webinar. Can I access the recording?
If you have purchased and enrolled in a webinar, please refer to your confirmation email with the unique link to the webinar recording. Note: Not all webinars are recorded. Free webinar events are only available at the time of the event.
Do you offer recordings? I can’t make the webinar, but I’d still like to register.
Yes, many, but not all, of our live webinars are recorded and available as online learning activity events. Please email ANAfirstname.lastname@example.org to see if the webinar you can't attend will be recorded.
I want to register for a webinar, but registration is closed.
For most live webinars, registration closes two hours prior to the event.
How do I schedule a workshop at my facility?
Scheduling a workshop at your facility can be done by contacting the Nursing Knowledge Center at email@example.com. Workshop details, pricing and the required number of participants will be provided during an initial conversation with the Product Sales staff.
Are there any workshops scheduled in my state?
Please refer to our website for a full listing of the workshops offered. New events are added to the listing frequently.
How do I register a group for a Magnet® Workshop?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org the event name, the number of participants, the participants session choice (if applicable), and the invoice contact name, address, email, and phone number. An NKC staff member will respond to you with details.
